I didn't misread anything, you just never said that you had cops sanctioning the race. Street racing the way that you originally made it sound does in fact make you a dumbass. Worse yet, an irresponsible dumbass. I suppose all of your 19 years on this earth have taught you better, though. You're not even old enough to buy a beer, hell, you're barely old enough to drive at all. Talk to me when you've seen enough to know better, or talk to me when you or a family member has been injured/killed by an irresponsible driver (whether that's DUI/speeding/racing, etc). I have no qualms about a spirited run from stoplight to stoplight if there is no traffic (even though the law would). In those cases, people rarely top 60-70MPH (here anyway -- it depends on how the street is set up), and the danger is minimal. Like I said above, I was going off of balistic's post, so if the numbers are incorrect, take it up with him -- not me.
